We do offer refunds on faulty items (Please see Faulty items below)
We do offer exchanges on full priced items if they arrive and are the incorrect sizing. We understand that purchasing online can be difficult and approximate measurements do not adhere to everyone. All returned items will need to be returned in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, tags attached, no stains, marks, Perfume, breakages ect. Upon exchange the items must not have been used. If you wish to exchange an item, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel by email at email@example.com (Please state “Incorrect Sizing” in subject line)
–Please note– Any return postage costs will need to be covered by yourself.
We will be extremely upset if you receive an item which is found faulty due to the manufacturing process. We do our best to ensure all items are inspected prior to posting. However in the instance that an item is found to be faulty we will replace or refund you the cost of product.
